The history of our school.
Turriff—known as Turra to the locals— is a town and civil parish in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
Turriff boasts a history that reflects its early medieval roots, its evolution as a vibrant market town, and its continuous adaptation to modernity. Its very name derives from the Scottish Gaelic Torraibh, meaning “place of round hills,” suggesting not only a distinctive local landscape but also an identity acknowledged since ancient times .
